We had a problem and Nathan came to the rescue. He came when he said he would and found the problem and fixed it immediately. This could have been a very costly issue if they hadn't found the problem. These guys are good.

We are new property owners to the Goshen area and needed help repairing the HVAC unit on our log home. We contacted Shenandoah Service & Repair after receiving several glowing reviews from the Craigsville/Goshen Facebook group. Nathan and his assistant were very responsive to our call for help and arrived exactly as scheduled. They quickly diagnosed the issue with the HVAC unit and made the necessary repairs. They also did a thorough examination of the unit while at the house. The cost for the repair was very reasonable.
