This was my first time working with this company. They were highly recommended for my own residence as well as multiple rental properties. They were flexible in scheduling, truly listened to my specific instructions for each individual property and did a phenomenal job of following directions. Other companies wanted to go in without benefit of my information and do what was standard to them. Dylan was professional and thorough in his work and gave me the exact reports and pictures that I needed. Moving forward, all the properties will be on his twice yearly maintenance schedule.
