APEX Heating and Air answered the call! My in laws who are 91 and 87 had their original 30 year old heat pump fail, just days before a major heat wave came into the area. With temperatures projected to exceed 100 degrees for several days, they came out to their residence evaluated the job, priced it competitively and once the contract was signed they were able to order the system and install within 3 days. Understanding the situation with heat and elderly people, Bobby, Justin along with the installation crew team were able to get their new system operating just in time. We highly recommend this local company.
I had a great experience with Bobby and his team at Apex Heating and Cooling. From start to finish, they were professional, honest, and very easy to work with. Tim and Justin took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood my options without any pressure.

Justin was amazing. Very knowledgeable at his job. Very respectful both him and his helper. It was a quick fix and very affordable. I will be calling Apex in the future thank you guys!
