We got off to a bit of a rough start due to the fact that I do not answer my phone unless the number is in my contact list. I have 17 numbers for Coastal Pest people but just about every time your tech is new. And although Sed left a message, I had difficulty understanding it. But I will say, he does a great job. He is very thorough, neat, considerate and competent. Thanks.
We’ve been customers for about a year now. We’ve had the same technician everytime except yesterday. Both have been great! Very professional, friendly, and timely. Great employees and great company!
We highly recommend Coastal, but Tremaine in particular has always done a great job when doing the treatments for our house. He's incredibly thorough and pays close attention to the issues we describe. Not sure if you can request a specific technician, but if Tremaine happens to be the one that shows up, you should feel confident that he'll do excellent work.
