Had a fantastic hair cut, and scalp massage! Very nice stylist! I typically do not get my hair cut from anyone other than my regular back home but she did not disappoint. Sorry so couldn’t remember her name :(

Did a great job on my haircut. While I do appreciate being able to sign-in online and then show up and be helped, certain situations should be evaluated. When I arrived, there was a dad with two young kids who were sitting in the waiting area. I'm guessing he didn't sign in because multiple people went before him, who arrived after him. I ended up giving up my spot to allow the family to get their haircuts. The staff was nice, and gave me exactly what I wanted with my hair and everyone I saw leave was pleased with their haircuts. The hot towel at the end is a great final touch.
