“I last was at the dentist here in 2019, just before COVID. I had an appointment scheduled in early 2020, but was cancelled due to COVID-19. I was never really given any guidance on when to return. I finally called and made an appointment, two months out.I came to the appointment, and the office still acts like COVID is a deadly killer. I had an appointment at 12:30, but was told to wait in my vehicle till I was called. Well gas prices are sky high and it was 95 degrees. Finally someone comes and gets me for my appointment 15 minutes later. After examination, I had to reschedule to come back in two months due to tarter buildup of not going to the dentist and need a deep cleaning. Man, I can win for losing. But other than that the staff and dentist work is very pleasant.I do say it is time to relax the COVID-19 restrictions and just live and let go.“
“It was my daughters first time back to the dentist in a while and she was nervous, but Tara the hygienist was absolutely amazing, and we will continue coming here because of her. She was so pleasant to speak with and she walked my daughter through every step of the exam to help her feel at ease.“
“Came in for a quick checkup on my daughter's ortho work after being denied service by other orthodontists in the area due to her having her braces done out of state (military family). Staff was very professional and helpful and they were able to get us in and out with no issues. Will definitely be returning for any future orthodontist work.“
