Today I was in Dr Parisers office for 1st time in many years. I was seen almost immediately upon arrival by Delicia. She asked questions and listened to everything I said. She is a very pleasant young lady and seemed to care about what I said. Dr Oldfield came and examined my area of concern and again I was put to ease while she explained surgery required. Next Dana appeared and she explained again the surgery she would perform. She was concerned throughout how I was feeling. Everyone was so attentive and caring which made a stressful situation less worrisome. I highly recommend all 3 of these outstanding people. What a team they made. I was so impressed, this is something you don't find often in a medical office. The journey ended stress free. Thanks to all
Ive waited 13 days to get a prescription filled that wouldnt be denied and now you've closed your office at noon. Coastal Pharm has waited all week for auth. for Eucrisa after Opzelura was denied and to top it all off, the Dr used a diagnosis from a Dr in Hampton that did a biopsy just before covid. Dr deHart probably spent 30 seconds talking to me and I guess because it was a Friday afternoon, he must have been in a hurry. I was denied because they did not receive the documentation that I met the criteria. That would be 4 years with itchy bumps and at least 4 different tubes of medicine and efforts to get into the clinical research program in Norfolk for Prurigo Nodularus. Yep, I'm done and I should have waited the 2 months for Dr. Baer.
Dr. Bota and his staff are wonderful. Michelle took out my mother’s stitches today and she is amazing. Gentle and professional.
