“I do recommend, but with conditions! We have ONLY dealt with the store in Springfield, Illinois, which is top notch. Roland is in charge and ALWAYS takes care of us. He recently even managed to replace an entire order that we ordered online, which arrived and was the wrong floor. Without getting any credit for the sale, he arranged for us to bring it to him; he got us the correct floor, and made it an easy process. Headquarters should absolutely make sure that branches out here get credit when product passes through their store, even if just for pickup from online orders. The guys in the stores are doing the face to face work and building loyalty among clients. This is how stores stay open! From now on I will only order in person at our local store.“

“I had to share my experience because I feel customer reviews are important and I cherish excellent customer service. I am building a Ryan Home in Chesapeake, VA. The sales person (Beth) at Ryan Homes has been excellent and I would highly recommend them. All of the contractors have been amazing so far accept for the Rite Rug in Chesapeake. I had to do a 14 day meeting to pick out flooring with them. You have to sign up on their website and they wont accept phone calls for appointments. We live 1.5 hours away and their only appointments were on Tue and Thur during the day. I told them I did not want to spend $15,000 on flooring and pick that flooring via facetime. Rite rug didn't care. They said they don't do weekends, no exceptions. They did however, transfer my case to Luke at Rite Rug in Richmond upon my request...they didn't offer. Luke however at the Richmond Rite Rug was amazing. He called my by phone and we exchanged a couple of calls and he agreed to meet me when it was convenient for me. He was very knowledgeable about Ryan Homes and their processes and gave me great information. He was not pushy and his tone and demeanor were excellent. I work in business and I can tell you I can spot a fake a long ways away and Luke was genuine and honest. He answered all of my questions and took time to ensure I was comfortable with what I was buying. If you are building a home in Chesapeake, or any Ryan home, I would press you to ask for Luke in the Richmond office. And if anyone from Chesapeake Rite Rug is reading this and you want my feedback you have my number. I would be glad to provide my opinion, so call anytime.“
