Our family was truly impressed by the staff at Carpet America! Not only are you getting a fair price, but also a “family“ type environment when you are shopping. No one makes you feel pressured, and everyone was extremely helpful. Trying to make certain we purchased exactly what we were looking for. The staff here went over and beyond, offering advice and help! I would highly recommend this location for any flooring needs! After going to some of the brick and mortar locations, it was truly refreshing to have a local company make you feel right at home!

Picked this business because they could match carpet from another company that I had heard had bad reviews about their installers. That was about the only good thing… they matched the carpet. The installers were not who I was told would be coming and they were quite rude in regards to what they had apparently been told by management about the job.They worked all of 3 hours the first day. Came back day 2 and luckily had other workers show up to help finish. And it was rushed. Communication with this company left a lot to be desired. this company is fantastic! I couldn't be happier with the whole experience from start to finish- great selection of product, great customer service and the installers were top notch- cannot recommend them enough
