“My heat pump's wall thermostat went blank (it doesn't use back-up batteries), so I couldn't use heat or AC at my home. I sent a service request to AHS warranty, and they assigned this contractor immediately. I received a call from the contractor right away and my appointment was scheduled for the next morning. The technician arrived on time and immediately found a blown fuse in the air handler, which he replaced, and the wall thermostat display started working, but the heat and AC still didn't come on. He then went outside to the heat pump and replaced two bad parts (a transformer and contactor, I think). I believe those two parts got fried and caused the fuse to trip. The problem was fixed on the first visit. Both the office staff and the technician were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and the technician was very thorough in his work. This was my first time using the AHS warranty (or this contractor), and I was pleased that the repair was covered except for my deductible. “If I could leave 6 stars I would, Thomas and his crew were some of the nicest, most understanding guys I've ever dealt with. I had an emergency when a pipe busted inside my grinder tank, a third party no-showed on me, and another company came out and charged $90 to tell me they couldn't help me at all.

I called Wood Septic and Alexa directed me to Thomas, who offered to come take a look free of charge. They were able to squeeze me into their schedule the very next day and showed on time. He didn't hesitate to pump the tank and jump right in and help fix the issue same day, while walking me through every step of the way. In the end, even after the repair was more complicated than we initially thought, all together they charged me half of what another company quoted me to just pump the basin. Thanks again to the whole team for being so understanding and eager to help me out in a pinch.“

“I had an active leak in some of my interior pipes that I was unable to get another company to take care of quickly. I called Stemmle and they had a team out to my home in about an hour. They called me en route to confirm the details of the job and to try to ensure they had all the needed parts on hand. I received a quote and they performed the work quickly. James came out after 8pm and jetted our line clearing the blockage so we could have plumbing useage for the night. He came back out the following day and installed a new clean out for us because we couldn't locate the original. Very professional and highly recommend to anyone.
