I never thought having a very slow drain that flooded the garage could be a pleasant experience. The folks at Drain Wizard changed my mind. To a person they were helpful and professional. My call was answered promptly. I felt my need for help was the most important thing the moment I called. I had a great experience with Drain Wizard. The office staff is friendly and provided great customer service. The plumbers they sent were professional and friendly as well. They were diligent in finding the leak and made sure the work was completed properly. Furthermore, they were very neat and respectful of my home, ensuring everything was cleaned up before leaving each day. Thecarpenter that replaced my flooring was amazing as well. I would definitely recommend them for your plumbing needs.
Fast response, respectful of my property (and my pets!), excellent customer service from the office (Sherry was awesome), the plumbers, and the cabinet team (removing and replacing my kitchen cabinets). I had 8 leaks under my house (concrete slab). I was amazed how professional and efficient the team worked - especially Butch and James. Would use Drain Wizard again and highly recommend this company.
