“So I read all the bad reviews and almost didn't call them. My fridge stop cooling and they came out a few hours after the call to take a look. After a few minutes here, he said it was the compressor. Everything on the fridge works, just not cooling. I went to get my wallet to pay him the service fee I was told about when I made the call. He said, no need to pay me, we didn't do much. I could not believe he drove to my house, diagnosed the issue and didn't charge me a dime.
