Just Plumbing
“Brennin was able to come out to our place on a late weekend night... let’s just say he was able to help get our house out of a nasty situation. He was insightful, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and handled the dire situation at hand. And quotes for later repairs!”
Wood Septic and Plumbing
“If I could leave 6 stars I would, Thomas and his crew were some of the nicest, most understanding guys I've ever dealt with. I had an emergency when a pipe busted inside my grinder tank, a third party no-showed on me, and another company came out and charged $90 to tell me they couldn't help me at all.
I called Wood Septic and Alexa directed me to Thomas, who offered to come take a look free of charge. They were able to squeeze me into their schedule the very next day and showed on time. He didn't hesitate to pump the tank and jump right in and help fix the issue same day, while walking me through every step of the way. In the end, even after the repair was more complicated than we initially thought, all together they charged me half of what another company quoted me to just pump the basin. Thanks again to the whole team for being so understanding and eager to help me out in a pinch.”
