“The day of my appointment, they were having an onslaught of technical challenges like the internet going down, followed by their network going offline. Not to mention, a group of patients coming in nearly all at once. The front desk staff made everyone aware of the situation in a polite, calm and helpful manner. They navigated the situation as best they could despite all the challenges and delays ensuing from said technical difficulties.

The office was clean, and their equipment is quite advanced. They have better ophthalmology than the My Eye Dr I used to visit.

She helped me calm my nerves and was very understanding and welcoming throughout my appointment. I’m honestly tempted to ditch my original optometrist that is five minutes away from me and go with this practice that is 30 minutes away because of her kindness.“
