600 Founders Bridge Blvd, Midlothian“I have been to some excellent Physical Therapists over the years, but not someone who focused primarily on strengthening and range of motion as it relates to golf. Andy Royal provided an excellent assessment, evaluation and PT exercises (with videos) directed towards increasing range of motion and strengthening of the lower back, hips and knees. For any golfer who has issues in these areas I highly recommend a visit to Royal Treatment!?️

They are helping me with my balance and standing from a sitting position etc. They gave me several different types of exercises to do. My therapist is always nearby to advise me on the correct way to do the therapy. This is an excellent place to go for anyone who needs therapy.“

13907 Midlothian Tpke, Midlothian“I had an excellent experience working with Andrew during my physical therapy. He consistently took the time to explain each exercise thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable and confident with what I was doing. His approach was thoughtful, patient, and genuinely caring.
Andrew shows true interest in his patients—not just in their physical recovery, but in their overall well-being. He made an effort to get to know me and supported both my physical and mental progress throughout my recovery. After my injury, my confidence was low, but with Andrew’s guidance and encouragement, I was able to regain strength and confidence I hadn’t felt in years.
I am extremely grateful to have had Andrew as part of my post-surgical recovery journey. His dedication and care played a significant role in getting me to where I am today. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate physical therapist.“

Chris Lewit (LMT) who did my massage therapy was professional and did an excellent job with my slight torn rotator cuff and low back problems. I felt better and not soar leaving. I would recommend this place highly.“

2535 Oak Lake Blvd, Midlothian“I was sent to Ryan and had been told by other doctors and therapists that I needed surgery and was going to be out for my entire season. With Ryan’s help, I did not have to get surgery, played all 53 games for my college, and now have made a full recovery. Without Ryan and his support, I would not be in the position I am now and my career would likely be over.“

“I came to VCSST in late May 2025 due to a bad fall where I sustained a right shoulder injury. Even though I hadn't broken anything, I did have a bad strained shoulder and knew I needed PT sooner than later. The first wonderful thing about VCSST are those two lovely ladies, Paula and Shimeka, who greet you when you come through the door. They keep all your appointments current and help you get times that work best for your schedule. Then there is the sheer beauty of this facility. When you get back to the Gym, there is a solid wall of windows that faces a lake and lots of trees. It makes working out a real pleasure.
My physical therapist was Dr. Adam Schneider. After my initial assessment, Adam developed a customized treatment plan to get me back to doing the things that I wasn't able to do at that point. Adam is incredibly knowledgeable and really listens to his patients and their concerns. When I had a problem with some of my exercises, Adam would give me another one that would accomplish the goals he had set for me, but that I could better handle. He is also very encouraging as you progress through the weeks and months. I felt that my treatment plan was evolving the whole time I was there.
I also enjoyed working with those great PT Assistants, David, Hunter, and Madelyn. Thanks so much guys. You know your stuff! Many thanks to Gabe, my physical therapist when Adam couldn't be there. It was a pleasure and I appreciate it so much. I graduated from VCSST on February 4, 2026. I left people who were like family to me. I will come back here in an instant, should the need arise.“
