“River Run is an exceptional vet practice. The front desk staff is kind on the phone as well as in person. The techs are wonderful. We have a favorite vet but won’t say her name because I selfishly want her to be available when we need her! ? I drive the extra distance from Bon Air to go to River Run. Very compassionate and knowledgeable.
They seem pricey but that’s the way it is now if you want the very best care for your pets. I believe there is an option to pay incrementally if you cannot afford to pay a high invoice.

“My reg vet referred my pup to Animal Eye Care. My pup ended up having an abscess behind his eye. The infection was very bad and Dr Bosiack was great! She not only is a great specialist but she listened to me. After all who knows your dog better than you? My 9 month old Golden pup is 100% healed. My rabbit needed emergency care and they got him in same day and took the best care of him. “Not sure why it has taken me this long to write this review, since we luckily found Shady Grove Animal Clinic 12 years ago. Dr. Lucas is our main vet here, and he is very knowledgeable, patient and caring. Since we have 2 dogs with multiple medical issues, we have been cared for by every vet at the facility and they are all terrific. The entire staff is very friendly, professional and accommodating. But if you don’t believe me, ask our dog who never wants to leave this place and can’t wait to visit again!“
