We recently had a big scare with our sweet silver lab. She literally went from being totally fine to fighting for her life in a matter of 24 hours. The entire staff of Powhatan Animal Hospital took great care of us both and did everything in their power to figure out, help, and treat our girl. Once we were able to go home, they called to check on her multiple times over the next week to be sure she was recovering. We are truly so grateful. Thank you!
Like always, we had another EXCELLENT experience!!! Our little kitten had broken his leg and our kitty received excellent care. Dr. Johnson had to get a second opinion from a specialist at another practice. After she spoke to the specialist she called me & throughly informed me of the best way to care for my kitten, and how to help him heal properly. I love Dr. Johnson and PAH. We also had a wonderful vet tech, I wish I knew her name to mention her. She was so sweet to my daughter and my kitten!!
I have been taking my two dogs to Powhatan Animal Hospital for several years now. I love how genuinely sweet they are with my pups. Yesterday I took my dog in who had become ill, and found out I would need to put her to sleep. The whole team was so kind and so tender with my dog and with my whole family. I never could have imagined how hard that process would be, but they helped me get through it. I just can't say enough good things about their professionalism and the supreme level of care they showed.
