Dr. April Rice provides a wonderful atmosphere and 5 star service. She is amazing, phenomenal, and the best in her field. The practice is state of the art. Dr. Rice and her staff are very caring, thorough, compassionate, and a pleasure to work with. They are accommodating and top notch. Clients trust them with their pets' care and express great thanks for the excellent and emergent veterinary service provided.
I am an owner of a flock of chickens who I treat with the same love as my cat & dog family members. I have seen Dr. Rice on multiple occasions for chicken emergencies of one variety or another. Dr. Rice has always been so compassionate towards us about explaining what is going on (without sugarcoating) and not pressuring me to do unnecessary treatments that might make ME feel better but not provide a good quality of life for my hens. I very much appreciate her for her honesty about those things. Today I caught my chicken post attack with a gruesome injury and they didn’t hesitate to get me a last minute emergency appointment.
