She was incredibly patient, not just with Onyx, but with our whole family, teaching us how to be the best family for him. The trust she built with Onyx and with us was so quick and natural, and every session left us feeling more confident and supported. She communicated clearly, sent us detailed summaries after each session, and even shared photos to help us stay on track with our practice at home.

Onyx absolutely adored Stephanie, and it was obvious how much love and dedication she brought to every training session. The results were so responsive and encouraging that I honestly didn’t want the training to end! I wish we could have her guiding us through the entire first year of Onyx’s life,I would gladly continue because of how invaluable her help has been.

“Brought our five year old super anxious golden doodle Saint for a very overdue grooming appointment. They were so attentive and took excellent care of Saint. We were concerned that Saint would be a difficult client for them and may end up looking rough because he was very matted and overgrown. We were blown away with how well Saint looked after his appointment. No cuts, scrapes or bald patches. He looked adorable and we will definitely be coming back for all of his future grooming needs and not wait so long either. “We were able to board our pup of 4 years in very short notice. We could not be more grateful for Hometown to have availability for her to stay for almost a week. They were very accommodating, and had a schedule laid out to take care of her and take her on walks.
They were understanding of her nervousness, especially separation anxiety. When I called to check in on her, they responded with patience. They were supportive and honest on how she was doing.
It’s clear that she was well taken care of and treated with care during her stay!“

“Montrose Pet Hotel is the best! Wonderful facility, very clean, and super quick drop off and pick up! I boarded my dog for the weekend and she came back very happy! Since then I've done the doggy day care as well, and they are always great at accommodating my dog at the last minute. Love this place!“

“The grooming department is excellent. I have never disliked a hair cut my dog has gotten here. Kathy is super friendly and tries to get to know your dog. As far as Veterinary care, it's great, but seems a bit expensive to me compared to some other places. I toured the boarding facility today and I will just say I highly recommend taking a tour of ANY boarding facility prior to leaving your dog overnight. While the employee who gave the tour could not have been more friendly and knowledgeable, this is not a place I would board my dog based on the look and feel of the boarding facilities. It was not bright, cheery, happy, or fun looking whatsoever. The opposite.“

“Rediscovered Sonny’s for dog grooming. 15 years ago my dog had a bad experience here when this was under a different name and owner. Have been bak 6 times now for grooming and they do really well.“

“My baby’s first grooming appointment with Tatiana was a success. She was so pretty with the bows on her ears. Her hair did get matted quickly, but that’s out of their control. I’ll definitely be back for another grooming session.“
