The trust she built with Onyx and with us was so quick and natural, and every session left us feeling more confident and supported. She communicated clearly, sent us detailed summaries after each session, and even shared photos to help us stay on track with our practice at home.

Onyx absolutely adored Stephanie, and it was obvious how much love and dedication she brought to every training session. The results were so responsive and encouraging that I honestly didn’t want the training to end! “Dr. Rhymes and his staff are really caring and fantastic. We've been going there for 2 or 3 years now and I drive 30+ minutes because the care they provide is worth it. Prices for routine exams and vaccines are very reasonable. Dr. Rhymes will thoroughly explain all available options for more serious cases. He'll even follow up with calls on the weekend with any updates or to just check in. I trust this office with my dog's care.“

“Montrose Pet Hotel is the best! Wonderful facility, very clean, and super quick drop off and pick up! I boarded my dog for the weekend and she came back very happy! Since then I've done the doggy day care as well, and they are always great at accommodating my dog at the last minute. Love this place!“

“The grooming department is excellent. I have never disliked a hair cut my dog has gotten here. Kathy is super friendly and tries to get to know your dog. As far as Veterinary care, it's great, but seems a bit expensive to me compared to some other places. I toured the boarding facility today and I will just say I highly recommend taking a tour of ANY boarding facility prior to leaving your dog overnight. While the employee who gave the tour could not have been more friendly and knowledgeable, this is not a place I would board my dog based on the look and feel of the boarding facilities. It was not bright, cheery, happy, or fun looking whatsoever. The opposite.“

“My baby’s first grooming appointment with Tatiana was a success. She was so pretty with the bows on her ears. Her hair did get matted quickly, but that’s out of their control. I’ll definitely be back for another grooming session.“

“My step mother is very ill. She gave into my grumpy elderly father's enormous pressure and bought him a puppy on Valentines Day. Unfortunately the puppy is a very high-energy breed. Carla is clearly both brave and caring. She went for many lessons to train the people (more dad, who think dogs should be spoiled) and the dog. It could not have gone well, but it went much better than my sisters and I expected. Carla was very helpful.Carla is an angel and a saint.“
