They gave me a same day appointment and Dr Valentino and her team very fantastic with my dog and with me as a pet owner. I never imagined my dog could calmly sit or lie down in a busy store full of distractions, but that’s exactly what we achieved by week three. As for her dog reactivity, I can’t believe the difference! She’s always been a high-energy dog, so seeing her stay calm even when other dogs are barking or reacting is absolutely incredible.

Glad, who handled scheduling, was also fantastic. She was so accommodating and flexible whenever something unavoidable came up. The entire experience felt personal, thoughtful, and focused on real results.

Nevertheless, the people are wonderful and care about each and every dog that stays with them! Dogs are always excited to get to see their friends while participating In daycare! The staff is wonderful, they treat my pup as if she was part of their own family. They know her so well, and they always take the time to tell me about her antics at pick up. I wouldn't take her to any other doggie day care. ADDO is the best ❤️

I can't leave a review without mentioning how happy and well taken care of my German Shepherd, Scout, was at ADDO, too. We lost Scout to cancer last year, and we were devastated. The staff showed us such kindness, they still love and remember and share their memories of her, that means a lot. ?“

The person assigned came every day on time and sent me a nice summary of the walk in addition to photos and a map of the path walked. “Took in my spicy cat today and they were FABULOUS with him! They gave me meds to calm him and he was way more chill than I’ve ever seen him, so it wasn’t the worst vet experience he’s ever had. They even got him into a purrito, which I’ve never been able to do. Attaching a pic of my handsome guy with Charlotte as a cute purruito! They are genuinely a great team and I wouldn’t consider taking my cats anywhere else in town.“
