The truck mounted machine looked pretty neat, did an AMAZING job on our cheap white carpets that get trampled by 3 young kids and an old dog, and doesn’t seem like it will take very long at all to fully dry. The guy we spoke to on the phone was the guy who came to do the cleaning! I think his name is Frank, but super friendly and knowledgeable guy! 10/10 would recommend! Prices were incredibly reasonable, he was prompt (early!), communicative, fast, and did an AMAZING job. I've used the well-known chain many times and the service has been spotty - literally and figuratively. Lucho got out stains that that they have never even made smaller or lighter. However, I was not able to meet a gentleman, but there was mother at home, and he actually explained everything to her so she can understand and was very professional. He even looked through the whole house to make sure if there are any issues and told her that we do not have any current mold at the house. This is highly ethical, honest company I highly recommend them.“

“We reached out to United Water Restoration Group after discovering a leak in our basement, and found that our kitchen sink above had worn and caused a large amount of damage to multiple rooms in the house, and despite the awful situation our experience working with them has been absolutely wonderful.In the beginning we explained up front that we were a little nervous about this process, as we recently experienced a death in the family causing some financial issues and had an awful experience with our last contractor abandoning the project and producing very poor quality work. They assured us they were going to take care of everything, communicated frequently and clearly about what needed to be done, gave us a timeline for the work which they were able to successfully stick to, and all of the work itself was fantastic, and the people we interacted with were extremely friendly. Justin and Dumitru were wonderful especially, and did such a great job with the work that I can't say enough how happy we are after having such an awful experience with a different company previously.I would absolutely suggest United Water Restoration Group if you want to work with a reliable company that is both professional and friendly. “I wish there were an option for 6 stars because that's what I would give David! He is an exceptional professional who genuinely cares and goes above and beyond for his customers. For those who have ever dealt with water damage and mold, you know it is an incredibly stressful situation that upends your life. So I wish we had met David under better circumstances, but I'm so glad we found him to do the mold remediation. His meticulous attention to detail, experience, and knowledge alone is enough to hire him, but in addition, he comes recommended by independent highly regarded mold testing/environmental professionals. In addition to all of the above, David is incredibly hard working and did everything he could to accommodate us. We have a lot of allergies in our family so David brought in an extra air scrubber and left all 3 air scrubbers with us to help us out during the re-construction process. He absolutely did not have to do that. He also didn't have to leave up the containment barrier for the re-construction phase, but he did. Because that is the kind of person he is! And because we were in such a bind, David put us in touch with folks to do the re-construction, etc. and helped us managed that process. He also answered ALL our questions promptly, even after he had completed the job. I do not frequently give such glowing reviews, but I truly simply cannot recommend David highly enough! If you want someone who cares and won't treat you like a number AND will do an exceptional job, call David. He will go above the call of duty to help you out.“
