“The people here are nice, and they genuinely care about the safety and well-being of dogs. I've seen some pretty nasty reviews, and I'd like to clear any doubts. This place is good and professional. My experience has always been that the staff are open to working with you as long as you are respectful and not demeaning the staff, and as long as what is being asked is reasonable.“

“Still being new to RVA I researched and found this amazing business. My 15 yr old mainecoon needed to be groomed because of some significant matting. When i called, the front desk made a same day appt for us. We arrived to be greeted super kindly. But what happened next is the stuff miracles are made of. Until now I have never found anyone who could groom my boy without sedation. These groomers knew exactly how to handle my old cat. They worked quickly but so carefully. This was by no means an easy job. But my cat seemed to trust them instantly..they worked hard for almost an hour. And their price was totally reasonable. If anything , i owe them more$. Thank you for breathing life into my old kitty. He came out looking so much better. I am so grateful to both techs who did such precision work to remove the matting. And they even gave him a little sweater.

We have a three-year-old dog who was very stubborn and didn’t want to listen. Walks used to feel stressful because he pulled constantly, and recall seemed impossible. After working with Ashley, he now listens, comes when called, and walks calmly on a leash.

“I love Dr. Zuccaro (Dr. Mike is what I refer to him as, but he also goes by Dr. Z. LOL) and his entire team. I started going there a little over 15 years ago with my yellow lab, Harley. I recently had to put her down, and he was so kind and sweet. He remembered me bringing her in the first time and how they saved her life as a 7.6 lbs puppy. His clinic was the only one she ever visited, and I will continue to see only him and his team for all my future pet care needs. I highly recommend his clinic.“

“I cannot overstate how grateful my family and I are for Alexis and her team at Fuzz & Suddz. They have been simply fantastic with boarding our pet cat, Tofu, at their facility.

Long story short we moved from the USA to Australia and the import process for our cat got horrendously messed up by our old vet, meaning Tofu had to stay in boarding for around four months. We were very worried about her being separated from us as she'd always had such a hostile disposition towards anyone outside our family.

However Alexis and her team were absolutely wonderful. We received frequent updates about Tofu, managed to arrange video chats with her, and it was abundantly clear that she felt comfortable, happy, and most importantly loved by the people there. Every time we saw her she was out and about and snuggling up to the staff showing genuine affection. It was truly heartwarming for us to see our fur baby being cared for so well. They even took her to her necessary vet check ups and appointments for us!

I can absolutely and whole heartedly recommend them as a boarding facility. They are just wonderful, helpful, and compassionate people who understand how important pets are in peoples' lives.

“Bailey and the crew at Four Paws are the absolute best! They take amazing care of our dog, she has learned which highway exit it is and gets so excited every time we pull into the parking lot. We had an issue with our last reservation and she was able to still accommodate us over the busy holiday weekend. We really appreciate the effort they put in to help give our dog a comfortable “summer camp” as we like to call it.“

“Our dog has been to Apple Dog Daycare several times. We picked him up today from a nine night stay. He came home happy and tired in a good way. We used to take him somewhere else and he would do anything to not go in the place. When he gets to Apple he wags his tail and is ready to see Kyle and Addison!!
