I love taking my small dog here! Ever since the new owner has arrived, I feel like the staff have been warmer to me. Melanie does an amazing job grooming my pup and the staff love my dog like their own. It’s always a joy taking my dog here for grooming and daycare.

Crate Escape is such a wonderful place for small dogs. I searched for a place that was suitable for my 10lb baby and they have exceeded my expectations. I have used all of their services including day care, grooming and boarding and I have been very pleased with all. I was visiting the area for a couple of weeks with Blanche, my Havanese puppy, and after trying two different daycares, I was so happy to stumble upon Crate Escape. What a find!
Blanche attended daycare and also boarded for a few days, and I could not have been happier with her experience. The facility is wonderful, but what really makes this place special is the staff. Every single person we encountered was warm, caring, and genuinely wonderful with the dogs. I always felt confident that Blanche was being well cared for, and her behavior said it all.
