“I have taken my pug for a nail trim several times. She is a brindle pug with black nails so it is easy to cut too short. They haven't made her bleed once. They also buff her nails. Of course she is a pug so she is dramatic but they always do a great job.“

“The hair cut is super cute, I love the vibes of the store and they treated me and my dog amazing also gave him a super cute tie after, my only issue is after we got home my dog was hiding his paw but he wasnt acting weird in the store, my dog does jerk around however I was told he was well behaved, also not in the best area so I'd definitely recommend finding somewhere to sit inside for the duration but otherwise I'd definitely recommend, both ladies are nice“

The groomer didn’t judge the condition of his fur and simply explained what could realistically be fixed during the appointment. He came back looking much tidier while still keeping his fluffy style. I also appreciated getting reminder texts before the appointment because I tend to forget bookings when work gets hectic.“

“Very nice people working there i took my guinea pig to get his nails clipped i was in and out in five min. They handled my Jerry with good care and Jerry just let them clip his nails. I tried and tried and tried for weeks to clip them myself. I guess they just had the magic touch. I found our new spot! Highly recommended“
