This is the best groomer! I drive all the way from shortpump to get my dogs blue and rj groomed because they are so good to them. Gretchen has been grooming my family big Golden’s for years. Does a spectacular job!

My Karma girl(gsd) looked great! I was very happy and pleased with services. Well priced. Great friendly staff too! I was just looking up to schedule again and realized I forgot to post a well deserved review.

My girly girl poodle HAD gone to another groomer in Mechanicsville, on RT (East) 360. For 5 yrs. I always paid in cash & tipped well. I was extremely happy until her late fall visit. It was not good. I let her grow out for 4 mo. Called prior groomer to (yes) make another appt. ZERO customer service. They acted like they never heard of my girl or me. Whomever answered the phone named the groomer & said she always groomed her. No that was not her name. Our groomer always talked to me & asked what was going on, etc , what I wanted (same) as she always looked great. Fast Forward to FUZZ 'n SUDZ which has been in my area for a long time. TERRIFIC!
