Pet Paradise Richmond Airport

We love this place. The staff is always friendly and happy to see our Piper cat. We love checking on the cameras to see her out playing or getting some love by the staff. The airport location is great for dropping off before you fly. Your pets will love it.

As soon as you walk in the facility appears to be nice and clean and you are greeted right away. My dog got grooming services done and he came back very clean and happy. It is a little bit pricey ($65 for a bath) but due to location, how nice the facility is and pleasant staff it is worth it!

I do not have the easiest dogs in the world to take care of. They are anxious, sometimes don’t get along with others, and have even been known to pee on each other while at boarding… but somehow, the folks at Pet Paradise manage to remain calm, patient, loving, and even remember special little details about them each time they come back. The place is immaculate, the check-in process is easy… this is about as close to perfect as a pet care facility could get!
