“My son has been at Dong's since he was in preschool. He started in the Little Tigers class and loved it so much that he quickly became interested in continuing his training and moved into the regular classes as a white belt. His confidence, strength, flexibility, perseverance, positive attitude, and grit have grown immensely. He remains motivated by the great instructors and puts in 100% effort in class and at home practice. He applies himself fully when he does his written preparation work when testing for each color belt. It has been wonderful to see his level of commitment grow as he has progressed in his martial arts training. His instructors have been encouraging and have pushed him to always strive to learn and grow. He is confident, yet humble and his character development certainly been shaped by his training at Dong's. He is now 8 years old and preparing for his black belt and has this to say about his experience at Dong's: "I think Dong's Martial Arts is great because it helps you with discipline; it teaches you the important school values of honesty, humility, patience, diligence, and sincerity; and it is great for your physical health and mental health.
