“I never thought having a very slow drain that flooded the garage could be a pleasant experience. The folks at Drain Wizard changed my mind. To a person they were helpful and professional. My call was answered promptly. I felt my need for help was the most important thing the moment I called. I was given the first appointment the following day, was told who would be providing the service, and what the expected charge would be.The morning of the appointment, I received a call and a text from the techs indicting that they would arrive within 10 minutes- right on time.Tracy and Christina quickly diagnosed the problem and got right into fixing it. “So I read all the bad reviews and almost didn't call them. My fridge stop cooling and they came out a few hours after the call to take a look. After a few minutes here, he said it was the compressor. Everything on the fridge works, just not cooling. I went to get my wallet to pay him the service fee I was told about when I made the call. He said, no need to pay me, we didn't do much. I could not believe he drove to my house, diagnosed the issue and didn't charge me a dime.
