“I needed help with a water heater issue and when I called Jerry, he told me that he was not able to come out today because he had a sick pet that he was caring for. Instead, he invited me to his residence and told me exactly what I needed to do to correct the issue. I listened to his advice and it worked out perfectly. He does great work even when he doesn't need to respond.”
