“Our realtor recommended Duran Contracting initially just for a few small projects to get us ready to list our home for sale. We started with a whole house powerwash, a storm door install and some paint touch-up. Prices appeared high average at first, but then I saw ALL that they did - exterior caulking on three levels (nearly 4,000 SQ. feet), trim paint touch-up, door alcove build-out, drywall repair, and every little detail attended to (in-scope or not) to get things just right.
