“I live in Potomac Crest (located in Triangle, VA) and during the storms on July 4th, the winds did some damage to the ends of our roof as well as pulled up some flashing pieces. I immediately started looking for emergency roof repair in 22172 area code. Trusted Roof Systems was one of three roofing companies that came up. I clicked on Waynes site and got his number so I called him and left a message not realizing I would get a call back on the 4th. He called later in the evening and we set up time for him to come out to the house to assess the damage the next morning. He showed up on time and his main focus was mitigating any further damage to ensure that no rain would be able to get in. It's still early in the process but Wayne has been helpful in walking us through working with his crew and helping with the insurance claim. He has been very dedicated to following all construction guidelines and building codes and continues to educate us by providing guidelines in black and white, all while meticulously capturing each step with annotations and photo evidence of damage. I'm confident that the process will continue smoothly and based on his knowledge of construction, building codes and the insurance claim process, we will be completing it very soon.”
“Our AC malfunctioned the night before a massive heat wave, and Godfred from OHA was able to come that same day to fix it. He was prompt, professional and kind. We are so relieved and grateful for his hard work and our AC has never worked better! He truly saved us from a few miserably hot days. Thank you, Godfred!!!”
