Received a letter from my insurance company saying to get my roof inspected in order to keep policy. Called & got several estimates from different roof companies. Erwin Serrano Columbia roofing came & was very professional, patient with my non stop questions, explained entire process in full details, with before & after pictures, worked with me on the price, completed work on time, also roof work has warranty. Thank you for doing an excellent job.

Such an incredible experience having our roof replaced. Erwin was kind and personable. He took the time to explain everything that needed to be repaired and answered all my questions before I could ask.The crew showed up all on time and were fantastic. Roof was done in half a day and their clean up left everything around the house spotless. Erwin came back and did a final check of everything and ran a magnet again around the house like he said he would.I had the opportunity to meet Mr. Serrano (Father) a couple years ago for an estimate to replace the roof back then.
