BIM Heating and Cooling Plumbing was fantastic from start to finish. Keith and Jason responded incredibly quickly and showed up with a friendly, professional attitude that immediately put me at ease. They took the time to clearly explain what the issue was, what caused it, and how they were going to repair it—no rushing, no confusion, just honest and helpful communication. Keith even took the time to show me the issue and how the repair was done efficiently. The quality of work was excellent. My HVAC unit was 17 yrs old. The unit was working but very loud. Mark from BMI came out on time and was professional and courteous. No sales pitch, no puffing and no pressure. He gave a great price and I decided to go with it. I'm so grateful I did. The techs came out on time, finished on time and I couldn't be happier. They are a great company to do business with.
Kevin and Ricky came within the specified time frame. Came to work and did a great job. Jarod was my first point of contact and just in that one visit convinced me BIM was going to be our choice! Now if only I had a company snap back to support our new preferred heating and air conditioning company about town that would be even better lol! Thanks again BIM for keeping us cool!
