“Great place of community, comradery, kindness, and overall fitness. If you are looking for a good community definitely recommend this gym. Pelle the head coach and owner really pours into his athletes. Additionally, the other coaches love what they do and take value in each athlete. Whatever level of fitness you are at you will be welcomed with open arms.”

“A fantastic gym with a family atmosphere, welcoming everyone who walks through their door, regardless of fitness level. The coaches place a strong emphasis on proper form to create lasting, injury free results while also offering the extra push needed to excel.

I have always been intimidated by Crossfit & it took a long time for me to make the leap. I wish I hadn't waited so long. Each class is full of encouragement by both coaches and fellow athletes. Highly recommend.”
