Personally & Professionally - this is a business that I support! Pelle’s knowledge of kinesiology, body mechanics, gates & modifications make him an ideal CrossFit coach. I personally have more endurance, energy, strength and less pain. This is a gradual life transition- growing in health at a sustainable pace. This is a supportive team environment!!! I am doing things that I never thought I could do. Highly recommend!

Incredible place. Come as you are. You’ll always feel included and welcomed. You’ll build strength and work on technique with the owner/head coach and there’s always a feeling of community. CrossFit Untaken is an incredible gym that changes lives and builds friendships to support you in and out of the gym on your Fittness journey.
