Best gym in Lynchburg! Megan took over after Trey left and works very hard to keep it running smooth. Cleaning takes place every morning like clock work, all the new hiring paid off as the staff are very supportive and im seeing a lot of people entering the coaching programs there and sticking around long term. They support local businesses by having swag stands in the vestibule with contest to win things from the vendors. They give out water bottles and bags constantly. My mom joined here which is amazing because I’ve tried to get her to go to the gym for 10 years and she’s never wanted to. It was really important that it would be a good experience for her. She got the premium membership and the recovery amenities really have helped her stick with it and no other gym in Lynchburg has the red light machine. Andrew is just so friendly and helpful and everybody should have an Andrew as the face of their business. All of the staff have been nice. I’m about to join myself…great machines, free weights, AND recovery. Did I mention it’s clean toooooo??

I have been going to this gym for a little over a month now, and it's been nothing but good! The entire gym staff is welcoming and supportive from the moment you walk in. It’s absolutely a very positive environment where everyone feels comfortable, no matter their fitness level. Highly recommend!
Shout out to Evan! I've been going to his group strength and endurance classes from the start! His classes are well-structured, challenging, but fun at the same time. You will definitely leave the class feeling stronger and accomplished! I recommend Evan for personal training as well. He’s very knowledgeable, motivating, and invested in helping you reach your goals. Whether… read full review
