Valles replaced our aging AC and furnace units. The technicians were very skilled and professional and did an excellent job. They were very knowledgeable and answered all our questions, making sure that we understood how everything functioned. Delighted with their service and would highly recommend.
Hello All, I drive 30 miles to get to my dentist office. I do this because they are the best in the business!! Very helpful and understanding not everyone has perfect teeth ,no matter how hard we try the doctors and the staff work with you and your insurance to determine a plan for better dental health. Nice home town people that treat you with respect ?
I've gone here for several years while I was in Staunton from 2021 to 2024. Everyone here took care of me and if there were any issues at all with a procedure done they would follow up with me next day to look at it. I highly recommend this place

Meg was great! The vibes there are very chill. I feel as if I could be completely open with her and it be such a judgement free zone. I have sensitive skin and struggle for so long with razor bumps and anything painful. With her help I haven’t had any pain! I’m also a blonde so I have very light colored hair! With her help I was able to darken my eyebrows with a tint and it not completely change how I looked. I loved how natural she made it look! Meg is great is totally worth the drive for me!
Hannah (stylist) has a fun and friendly personality and is an absolute superb colorist and stylist. Fabulous work by all the ladies, they are friendly. Love the styles and work I've seen do, as I've been going there for a long while now. I see over and over while I'm in my chair with Hannah.
Charles and Hayden did a great job. Our powder room is small and Charles really helped with suggestions on the vanity. We are very happy with the results.

All 5 of my children have seen Dr. Brandt for their surgeries and I have only wonderful things to say about him and the office. They are caring and always go the extra mile to help my children- and me-feel comfortable about the procedure. My youngest has had two surgeries and we are looking at a possible third by Dr. Brandt. He always goes the extra mile and with him, it is more than just a job. He truly cares about how the experience is for the patient. I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate him and the staff.

Gary Sprouse came highly recommended to me by someone else in the HVAC business where he used to work in another town. After my initial contact with Dr. Brad’s office made me hesitant, Dr. Brad called me himself and put my mind at ease. Being unable to see the oral surgeon referred to me by my regular dentist for 5 weeks for an extraction, a family member told me about Drs. Bradford and Catchings. I called and they got me in the same day. Dr. Brad was very friendly and courteous and removed my tooth smoothly and without any issues. Very highly recommended!

Been going to Bobby for at least since 1980 something,my boys got their first hair cuts from Bobby.Good clean shop,friendly staff.I have got some bad service from other shops here but not Bobby.I went to high school at the same time he was there in the 70's.
Professional! Second time I've needed a root canal..I was in pain and asked to be placed on a call list to come in sooner if someone cancels..they did just that and got me worked in sooner. I needed 2 root canals, so it took 2 sessions of a few hours. In the beginning they give you ibuprofen and one Tylenol to prevent you from having pain afterwards. Dr. Herring explained what was going on and her assistant was super nice, and kind to me during the procedure. I can't think of anything worse than dental pain and dr. Herring and her entire team make pain their priority. During my first visit with her she said both teeth need root canals and my goal is for you to walk out of here in less pain than when you walk in. Now that is top notch. Dr. Herring numbed the area and makes sure you are numb telling you if you feel anything to raise your hand. Not to mention they really work with you on the payment. If you need a root canal and your near by go here! You won't be disappointed
Had an amazing experience. Justin did an awesome job! He tested our AC unit and diagnosed the problem quickly and explained everything to me. Then he fixed the problem! We are happy and thankful for his politeness and expertise. We are truly enjoying the nice, cool air once again!!! Would definitely recommend.
Wonderful experience. Was there with my children my oldest son was getting his hair cut and my other son that was in need of a hair cut but hair cuts are not a preferred thing and scary. Kept given thumbs up to one Stylist she then was able to get him seated with no problem and started cutting!! Heart warming moments for me and my other children to see him so proud of himself for doing so well! Thank you all for making this experience unexpected and amazing. We will be back for normal hair cuts. ?
Ryan came by my rental house and solved my problems. We had bats and rats. He took care of the rat problem, pronto, and referred me to a bat specialist (see other reviews). Now I have some bugs at my home and Ryan stopped by today. He was on time, as always, and took care of my issues for a great price. I stopped worrying about this kind of thing after meeting Ryan and Holistic Pest Solutions.

Everyone was so nice and really helpful! They took great care of my cat. They explained everything. As soon as I walked in the door I felt at ease. I knew my pet was in good hands. Kasey did an excellent job, too! I was very impressed with him. He was kind and patient. He is very good at his job!
It has been heartwarming to visit my dear friend at Augusta Rehab center. The staff is attentive, friendly and most of all they have a positive attitude while working with the residents. Of course they are overworked and underpaid, nevertheless, their attention to details and willingness to please is commendable. This starts as soon as you walk in.. Staff is welcoming From the front desk, through the hallway, pass the lunch and activity room, physical therapy, pass the nurses station. And finally when I reach my friends room I am smiling from all the hello's, waving of hands from staff. I must say if you were sad on your drive here, it all goes away once you arrive. Thank you staff for taking such good care of my friend
