Close to hospital. Headed there this afternoon at 3. Will update after I have been there a while. It is now Thursday morning. Daytime service is satisfactory. Night time is another story. I have been waiting for over 30 minutes for someone to answer the call bell. Good thing I did not need immediate assistance. Update 8/30: released this morning. Overall middling experience.
Great team of people here. Down home community members are the family of staff members who work here. They take care of the residents as if their own family. Some residents family live to far to visit and they have become their family as well. Would have my mom stay here without a worry in the world.
I would like to say thank you so much to stephani and Kristin and Chrissy for being so kind and caring to my mother while she was here. They all took such good care of my mom and I highly recommend this place for anybody that has a loved one who needs really good care in a great place. Thank you Augusta nursing and rehability for being so good to my mom.
