“From my visit to the Bailey's Crossroad's location, it was clear that Mike was very knowledgeable about carpet. He took the time to educate me about different carpet and padding options. He gave me approximate estimate based on my floor plan and came to measure in-person within hours. He even pointed out other issues in the floor that they might be able to adjust to make sure the carpet was laid evenly. Carpetland's quote was incredibly reasonable, especially compared to a much higher quote I'd received from a competitor; and they installed the carpet the very next day! “Mayflower completed a full condo (2,500 sf) renovation for us this year. They were responsive to our requirements and installed many specialized materials, including Spanish and Moroccan tiles, lighting fixtures, bespoke cabinetry and vanities, and other materials. The quality of their work was excellent. M was also good at fixing the few punchlist items we had. They are not inexpensive, but the quality of their work is way more than satisfactory.“

Mr. Diaz came out, talked to us, and provided us with excellent input for our project. We received a detailed estimate broken down into individual tasks with labor and materials broken out. This was extremely helpful in our decision making and the cost was fair for the amount of work to be done so we agreed to have Diaz do the work. We are living in the house so the work had to be done around us. I can tell you that this is a very trying process but Diaz's courteous, professional and did everything they could to make us as comfortable as possible. At the end of each day they cleaned up prior to leaving and let us know when they would return the next day. We are very pleased with the final product. “In mid November we worked with Beaulieu Floors on the refinishing and staining of our hardwood floor and they did a great job. We love our new floor, the stain is beautiful and the work product is very high quality. Louis, the owner, came out to our home to discuss the project with us. He provided his expertise and suggestions to help us closely match the stain we were looking for. Driss came out to our home before the start of the project and showed us prospective stains. We ended up going with a 50/50 combination of two colors. Communication was outstanding throughout the project. We received frequent text messages from Louis leading up to the start of the project. He also sent us a follow-up email after the project with tips and suggestions for protecting and cleaning our floor. It was a pleasure working with two professionals that cared so much about the success of our flooring project and customer satisfaction. It was great working with Omar and Rene, the crew that did the onsite work. They covered the vents and put up plastic over the doors so that little dust entered other areas of our home. Attention to detail was outstanding. For instance, the cuts on the shoe molding were precise. Cleanup was excellent. Every member of the team was courteous and professional. Yaprak was our designer and she worked with us to select all the materials and finishes, from countertops to door handles and everything in between. Carlos Solorzano was our on site project manager. He was communicative, attentive, responsive and respectful. A consummate professional! “Setting up an estimate to have waterproof vinyl plank flooring was very easy, Jidlaf walked me through the process, provided a thorough estimate and also met me at the flooring store to set up my order. He provided recommendations and was available for any follow up questions and very responsive via text. Installation took only one day for 635 square feet (including a stairwell) and the installation crew was respectful and also asked me questions regarding certain aesthetic details on how I wanted the flooring installed. I was easily able to be refunded for excess materials and Jidlaf was available to address any follow up questions after the flooring was installed. Highly recommend!“
