“Our contractor Rafael treated our home like his own. He came by to check the tile job and made the tile man remove what did not meet Rafael's standards. He made sure it was done right and that all debris was cleaned up.
He then sent his painter to paint our rod iron railing. It looks spectacular.“

“We hired Marcin and his team to help us refinish our wood floors in our 1951 Arlington home. He was patient with us and worked with us on stain color, finish, etc and the end result was incredible. Marcin communicated with us and was timely in his replies. He has wonderful expertise and will give you his expert advice to achieve the look you want while tempering that with potential longevity/wear and tear. His prices are fair and on part with market value. His team was wonderful and does excellent work; they started when they said they would (even early!) and ended exactly as predicted. “This is my third time in many years to have Arlandria Floors install carpet in my town house. The new carpet on 28 steps (to basement and 2nd floor), a landing and one hallway looks great - a facelift with a modern accent. Justin was a pleasure to work with, patient and very responsive to questions. Jeff again was amazing to do the installation, removing the old carpeting and helping to figure out the best direction of the carpet in the upstairs hallway, for the pies at the stairs to the basement and capping the edges on the main stairwell.
