The staff was very nice throughout. The first visit with Melissa was thorough. I'm a first timer needing eye prescription's. In one month the contacts were not working. Made a 2nd appt. My prescription changed (unusual I am told). I have a stigmatism (common). Wanted contacts/glasses for golf and for home (different prescriptions). The contacts were not working for golf so I made 3rd appt. On the 3rd appt. I could not have felt less cared for. Literally she was so quick and short with me that I let it go and left. I will go elsewhere.

Fast and efficient service! I was quickly checked in and pre-screened by the front office staff. The doctor took the time to explain things that I didn't know or immediately understand. Most importantly, the doctor gave me practical advice for my needs and didn't push me towards spending money unnecessarily. The whole experience was great, and their office was very clean. I would highly recommend this business, and I'll certainly continue to use them in the future!

Pros: I was seen within 15 minutes of walking in. I did make an appointment in advance Cons: the doctor did not spend much time with me and didn't feel like answering my questions. He seemed cold and didn't have the best bed side manner. Looking for another optometrist
