“Several years ago in 2015, KCSI did a great job replacing the siding on my single-family home, detailing all of the window trim, and replacing a sliding glass door with a patio French door. Recently, in 2025, I initiated a new home improvement project that would impact some of the siding on the rear of the house. Rather than relying on a general contractor to replace the siding, along with some other repairs, I reached back out to KCSI. Once again KCSI came through and did a quality job. They were flexible with scheduling, attentive to details, and the results look great. I clearly made the right choice years ago when I selected KCSI, and I’m happy as a repeat client.“

From start to finish, Nick & Thomas and their team were great to work with. “Used plumbing services and was surprised by the expertise of Ed and his team in their persistence to clean a clogged pipe that had been previously diagnosed to need digging up the floor for replacement. Also, had a sink basin replaced that meant granite top needed to removed. Ed was able to do so without breakage. I am very pleased with work from Steinhorst!“

“Jim Corridon and the entire Metropolitan Contractors team did a great job! We had a fire at our house and needed a restoration specialist on our insurance adjuster's preferred vendor list. I'm so glad we went with them. You could go with ServPro or another big chain, but you won't get the same level of care that the local pros bring. They did a great job getting all of our repair work approved by the adjuster--and they even got approved extra things that the initial inspector didn't find. The level of craftsmanship was great. “We chose Peter & Sunrise Pools over 2 other companies for his unique plan & price. Peter did a great job incorporating our initial design needs into a unique design for our backyard & dealt with challenging elevation changes. We started the project in December '22 & it was complete mid May '23. The extended timeline of a winter build was a bit frustrating at times but as promised our pool was completed per contract before summer. As first time pool owners we're very impressed with the quality & workmanship & our kids love the diving board, water fall & Typhoon slide. We highly recommend Peter & Sunrise Premiere Pools of VA. “Izzie and Suzanne at Designs by Skill were a wonderful resource for us when remodeling our old kitchen. Our cabinets were falling apart after 25 years of hard use, and we wanted something fresh and light. Skill Design had an extensive choice of cabinet colors. We eventually chose a mix of white upper cabinets and green base cabinets and are absolutely in love with the final look. It is light and airy and the cabinets themselves are much higher quality than we had previously. Skill Design has a stable of professional contractors they work with and took care of sending out request for bids to them. We couldn’t be more happy with their recommendation – the workmen showed up on time and worked hard every day on the layout and CAD specifications supplied by Skill. Thanks to Skill Design the process was painless and the results have added to the value of our home, but more importantly, to the joy we feel every time we walk into our new kitchen.“
