“Manex remodeling is an awesome company. They did renovate my 2 bathrooms, my 2 living rooms (first floor and second floor) stairs , railings and basically my whole house except kitchen with competitive price. They even installed a washer hook up upstairs. Tony , their leader is easy to talk with and gave precise advise on what to buy just like porcelain tiles, shower system, freestanding tub, laminate floor, toilet sit and more. He encouraged me also to change my stairs railings and I am very happy with the outcome. Their electrician is very skilled and knowledgeable. The team plumber who did my second floor plumbing system because of expanding my bathroom and installing my washer is very meticulous. The one who installed the porcelain tiles is very precise and pleasant and very satisfying to work with. All of his team did their best to work with my family that we don’t need to rent an apartment to evacuate the house . I even leave some of my furniture in my living room , family room and bedrooms and their team work it out while changing the floor and repaint the rooms. When I found out that that I have a leak on my main water line and probably has been happening for years , Tony send his plumber to fix it immediately. Their HVAC guy is very helpful to rearrange my air ducts inlets and outflow ducts. Manex will also be doing my windows replacement in few weeks. All in all my family was satisfied with all the work they have done, to listen to my concern, and respond appropriately to my questions. I can choose all five qualities written on the question, professionalism, work quality, value, punctuality, and responsiveness. “Miguel was the project manager and Alex was the lead contractor on my home project. We had new support columns installed on our portico and outside our kitchen bay windows. We added midway a reconstruct of our garage door frame work and garage door. Miguel was informative, adaptive to my concerns and was very hands-on making sure the crew had the right materials. His regular visits and our interactions were always positively informative. Alex's craftsmanship was topnotch. “We chose Peter & Sunrise Pools over 2 other companies for his unique plan & price. Peter did a great job incorporating our initial design needs into a unique design for our backyard & dealt with challenging elevation changes. We started the project in December '22 & it was complete mid May '23. The extended timeline of a winter build was a bit frustrating at times but as promised our pool was completed per contract before summer. As first time pool owners we're very impressed with the quality & workmanship & our kids love the diving board, water fall & Typhoon slide. We highly recommend Peter & Sunrise Premiere Pools of VA. Our cabinets were falling apart after 25 years of hard use, and we wanted something fresh and light. Skill Design had an extensive choice of cabinet colors. We eventually chose a mix of white upper cabinets and green base cabinets and are absolutely in love with the final look. It is light and airy and the cabinets themselves are much higher quality than we had previously. Skill Design has a stable of professional contractors they work with and took care of sending out request for bids to them. We couldn’t be more happy with their recommendation – the workmen showed up on time and worked hard every day on the layout and CAD specifications supplied by Skill.
