“I am giving 4 star for the lady who is usually there most of the time cause she was very kind to me and processing my order,but when I came to pick up today my glasses there was this uncle who is bald did not looked respecting me where he was just trying to get rid of me...asap like there is a rush and there were barely two of us..I asked him what colour is my glasses where without even checking the order he said grey and he looks like in a bit of rush...and then he called the other curly hair woman who started sounding to me being rushy too and little bad in tone the way she was talking...don't know why they were behaving like that ..had to just say bye to them and picked my glasses...well good luck to these guys attitude keep it up.“

“I was struggling with a constant headache for a week and a half. I went to my regular optometrist but she wouldn’t preform my eye exam without having my eye sorted first so she recommended I see an ophthalmologist. After calling around to many different offices within my insurance network I kept running into the same problem. All of them were in specialized eye health and not general eye care so I couldn’t get an appointment unless I had an eye disease. Long story short I Google this practice and they were able to get me an emergency eye appointment with Dr. Vu the same day. She is an optometrist with a very kind/excellent bedside manner. She was very informative and gentle when it came to the examination and explaining exactly what was wrong with my eye. She helped me calm my nerves and was very understanding and welcoming throughout my appointment. I’m honestly tempted to ditch my original optometrist that is five minutes away from me and go with this practice that is 30 minutes away because of her kindness.“
