“I am giving 4 star for the lady who is usually there most of the time cause she was very kind to me and processing my order,but when I came to pick up today my glasses there was this uncle who is bald did not looked respecting me where he was just trying to get rid of me...asap like there is a rush and there were barely two of us..I asked him what colour is my glasses where without even checking the order he said grey and he looks like in a bit of rush...and then he called the other curly hair woman who started sounding to me being rushy too and little bad in tone the way she was talking...don't know why they were behaving like that ..had to just say bye to them and picked my glasses...well good luck to these guys attitude keep it up.“

“This was my first visit to Vision Eye Center, and I was seen by Dr. Bourdeau. I was very pleased with the eye exam itself – Dr. Bourdeau was thorough and knowledgeable, and I felt confident in her expertise. The front desk staff and technicians were also friendly and helpful.

However, my main issue with this location is the long wait time. My appointment was significantly delayed, and I was told that if I had opted to have my eyes dilated, I would have had to wait an additional 2+ hours! This would have made my total appointment time almost 5 hours, which I couldn't accept because I had other commitments.

Because of the delay, I had to reschedule the dilation portion of my exam for another day. I hope this doesn't mean I'll be charged for two separate appointments.

Overall, I would recommend Dr. Bourdeau.“
