“Update 2024: the price has increased crazily, like a fecal test or a wellness visit took me $90+ a few months ago and just a few months later it's $103 or $105. The staff are not as friendly as before especially for today's visit. It's such a disappointment given that we insisted on using CAH for both of my lovely cats even after we moved out of this area, which takes us 30mins+ drive from our new place), but now I think it's time to change.
Note: I hope all my appointments can be taken by Dr Tohill who I think is the best.“

“I have been going here for a couple years now and have been really happy with them. Communication is wonderful. The front desk staff are friendly and personable. It easy to make an appointment or reschedule if needed. Dr. Munzig has been my pups primary vet and has helped through dealing with his severe allergies. She is easy to talk to and non-judgmental. She seems to really care in her heart about all her furry patients. I will definitely keep going to her!“

“I've been taking my dog King here for almost 2yrs. The owner and staff are very friendly and King looks forward to going to his "spaw" days. He has always been treated lovingly and his spa services have always been handled with meticulous care. I never feel uneasy about leaving him while he is being groomed, I've seen how compassionate they are to other dogs as well. Kind staff + great grooming + dog is happy = A++ to me. “My dog, Zoey, has been Petsuites Manassas for about 2 1/2 years and never had any real issues until this year. Firstly, I find that the new staff are less attentive to the animals. The times that I have brought Zoey to petsuites and viewed her on the Webcam, the staff are either talking to each other or on their phones. Then, in the last few months, she has come home with her bottom stained with what looks like urine. I have brought it to the attention of staff and evening management and was basically waved off. The worst infraction occurred yesterday when Zoey, unfortunately, had to spend the night (I was not aware of Petsuites new weekend hours and regrettably, missed their call). Zoey was not fed for 24 hours and when my son asked why staff didn't feed her, he was told, "we didn't know what she was allergic to. " My son responded that Zoey's profile clearly stated that she was allergic to chicken. Petsuites response? "yeah, but we did not know what else she could be allergic to. " What kind of response is that?! If she was allergic to anything else, common sense would have told them that any other allergies she had would have been indicated on the profile; but instead, they let my dog go without food for 24 hours. I'm deeply disappointed with Petsuites' new management and staff. The previous staff definitely cared more about Zoey and would've never let starve. I highly doubt I'll get any feedback, seeing that I hardly receive any feedback in person when I bring up a concern.“

“We started with Featherle when our previous dog, Pudge was 2 and they groomed him until he passed at 15. My parents even brought their dogs all the way from Alexandria! We got our current little guy in 2021 and he’s an extra pup, but Mary and all the folks at Featherle treat him with love and respect. I can’t say enough good things about Featherle and highly recommend them!“

“Sulleys is a 5 star go to ! I drive 1hr and 10 minutes to get there and it's worth it. My dog had surgery and couldn't do stairs as I have 15 outside my door no elevator it's a old building. Jess is a angel she took care of my dog Noka and supplied darling pictures everyday. Took my stress away. All meds were explained to me and even called to check on my fur child!

“Our dogs love this place. In the morning when we get ready they want their harnesses on so they can go. If they could, they would go every day! (This is now true going on almost 6+ years)
The staff is super friendly and a delight.
That said, a word of caution regarding change in policies. The passes, that are paid for in advance, now expire in 6 months. IMHO, that is not nice. The passes aren't that heavily discounted, they are paid for up front, and so to me personally that will only discourage folks like me from paying in advance and instead cause congestion by lining up to pay when picking up.“

“Montrose Pet Hotel is the best! Wonderful facility, very clean, and super quick drop off and pick up! I boarded my dog for the weekend and she came back very happy! Since then I've done the doggy day care as well, and they are always great at accommodating my dog at the last minute. Love this place!“

“The grooming department is excellent. I have never disliked a hair cut my dog has gotten here. Kathy is super friendly and tries to get to know your dog. As far as Veterinary care, it's great, but seems a bit expensive to me compared to some other places. I toured the boarding facility today and I will just say I highly recommend taking a tour of ANY boarding facility prior to leaving your dog overnight. While the employee who gave the tour could not have been more friendly and knowledgeable, this is not a place I would board my dog based on the look and feel of the boarding facilities. It was not bright, cheery, happy, or fun looking whatsoever. The opposite.“

“This is such a special place. The staff truly cares about the dogs and Sherrie, the general manager, is a really kind person to work with. I also LOVE how easy it is to make a reservation. I filled out a new dog form on the website (so easy) and had quick responses to get us scheduled and on our way. My dog was SO happy here and I loved watching him on the cameras all day. We had our flight get messed up coming home, which messed up our scheduled pick up, and the staff was understanding and worked with us. Really appreciated that. Thanks Dog Tales! We will be back!“

“As a husky owner it’s difficult to find a groomer that has patience and knows how to handle huskies. Took my baby to get groomed and it was 10/10! Full grooming, bath, nails and deshedding and he came out looking amazing and happy. Hes a typical husky that doesn't like water or getting his nails cut but they were able to do everything. I recommend them for others fellow husky owners :)“
