“Update: The vet returned my call on Tuesday and took care of everything. I am satisfied now.The vet is very hard to get a hold of after seeing her for the first time when she informed us our indoor cat has fleas. The vet suggested we put her on Next guard Combo and informed us that she might need something to help with itchy spots and told us to call if she is still scratching a lot after the application.Called on a Thursday left a message. Called on the following Friday and spoke with someone who said they would call the vet to ask about it. Meanwhile, my cat is in discomfort. It is odd that there is only one vet at this practice who is not available at all on Thursdays and is not onsite on a Friday. Maybe I will hear from them on Monday. if not, I might need to find a different vet.“

“My dog had an infection that needed to be taken care of as soon as possible. My husband found Sully Animal Hospital and they were able to get her in that same morning and perform surgery. I felt so at ease letting my dog go back with the nurses and after a few hours we got a call that everything went well. Everyone that we came in contact with was extra sweet and it seemed like they truly care. I’d drive 45 minutes over and over again to have them take care of my sweet Bella. “This was the first time I have taken my dog, 8 months old (also the first time I have taken a dog to the groomers) so you can imagine I was very nervous and did a lot of research on Paws and Spa Grooming as well as other groomers. She is an extremely anxious dog who pees whenever she gets nervous, especially when an unfamiliar man approaches/pets her. I was nervous for her but when one of the male groomers came out to greet us he was very kind and understanding about her fears. To my surprise she immediately went up to him with her tail untucked and let him pet her and even wagged her tail a bit (in my opinion dogs are great at judging character) so it was good vibes already. They were all extremely nice and took amazing care of my puppy! When I came back to pick her up one of the female groomers told me how well she did and how she didn't pee, not even one drop. She told me they went slow and took breaks with her so she wouldn't get too overwhelmed. She said my puppy did so well she didn't even have to go into the kennels and was able to roam free with the other dogs, which I think helped her tremendously. Lastly, they were able to fit me in the same day I was looking for an appointment. I HIGHLY recommend Paws and Spa grooming not only because of their customer service but also their care when grooming my dog, she even came out with a cute Christmas bandana!!“

“Old Bridge Vet has been our veterinarian ever since we moved to Virginia. They helped us through a difficult time with our dog Bella when she passed away earlier this year. They were compassionate and caring. Our new dog Peggy is well taken care of also by them. I would highly recommend them to any pet owners in the Lake Ridge area. They also provide kennel services which we have used several times. Always with great results. I should also mention the employees there. They are very friendly and you can just tell they love animals. Pricing is about the norm for any vet and they also provide a military discount.“

“We used Featherle on the recommendation of a friend. We've tried several groomers with our goldendoodle because no one ever seemed to listen to how we wanted him groomed. He always came back too short & the face was never how we described or requested even after showing pictures of our desired look. Featherle was able to get us in quickly.
