“You will not get a more thorough eye exam than the one you'll get from Dr. Also. Most of her office staff is friendly, except for one lady that tents to be really rude on the phone. Nice selection of frames but a little on the pricey side. Been seeing her for years, but I think next time I may go the route of mail-order frames with a prescription from her to stretch my bucks a lot further. My entire family sees her now and we all live more than 40 minutes away. Dr. Alsop is THAT awesome!“

“Update after 12/28 appt Dr. Patel is personable, very knowledgeable and attentive. She discussed the results of my tests in detail and patiently answered all my questions. I never felt rushed. Such wonderful care is a rarity these days!! My technician was also patient and kind. Additionally, Serena and Sarah at the front helped me understand my insurance benefits and pick out glasses, all while staying in budget. This is by far the best eye care practice I've been to. WOW! I spoke with Nicole to schedule my first appt with this practice, and she provided some of the best customer service I've had in a while!! She patiently answered my many questions, informed me accurately of my insurance benefits, & reassured me, all while being kind, caring & professional!! “Today my daughter's glasses broke while she was at school. My husband picked her up and took her to get some new glasses. They were able to get 2 pairs of glasses ordered that will be ready this week. (At another store, they were told it would take 3 weeks.) They were also able to take some wire frames and use her current lenses to fix a pair of glasses so she can see until the new ones come are ready. The customer service was excellent and so were the prices. We will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you One-Hour Optical for a wonderful experience.“

“I just want to let you know that I had the best experience at the America’s Best at Hancock Village. This was my first time going there to pick out new glasses and they let me casually look through all the frames and pick out the ones that I wanted and then I checked in with the most pleasant receptionist, and she took down my information. I waited maybe 5 minutes before Jada helped me go through the 3 fames I selected to finally decide on the best one for me. And she was couldn’t have been more helpful to me and she also stayed within my budget. If you are looking for glasses, I suggest you go there as your first stop, I promise it will be worth it! I’m very satisfied!“
