“We had a very good experience at America’s Best at Chesterfield Plaza in Virginia. Dr. Corley performed a thorough exam, answered all of our questions and was very professional, courteous and friendly.
Other employees who helped with the check-in process, and choosing frames, were very patient and thorough. Todd, Angel, and Merci Took their time to make sure that my husband had frames that he really liked, had the best features he was looking for, and were fairly priced. They were all very pleasant and courteous and seemed to enjoy working there.“

“VEI is the best eye doctor I’ve ever visited in my 20+ years of needing eye exams and contacts. Even despite the size of the practice, I still feel I get a great connection with each assistant and doctor. Everyone is always so kind and patient, especially the front office staff. I usually have my very busy toddler with me at each visit and there is always a lady who is happy to help keep him entertained during my appointment. If not, the assistants are very patient with him. I will be a patient here forever!“

“Although I did not end up buying a pair of glasses from this store as I found a pair I liked better in another place, I still think this place deserves 5 stars for how nice and helpful the women were who were working, the speed in which they saw me, the nice selection of frames and about the only place I could buy a complete pair of lined bifocal, Transition glasses with nice frames for under my insurance budget of $200. They have genuinely nice $17 and $28 frames. If you know this Mall area you know there are at least 4 different places to look for glasses and this is one of the better places.“

“Update after 12/28 appt Dr. Patel is personable, very knowledgeable and attentive. She discussed the results of my tests in detail and patiently answered all my questions. I never felt rushed. Such wonderful care is a rarity these days!! My technician was also patient and kind. Additionally, Serena and Sarah at the front helped me understand my insurance benefits and pick out glasses, all while staying in budget. This is by far the best eye care practice I've been to. WOW! I spoke with Nicole to schedule my first appt with this practice, and she provided some of the best customer service I've had in a while!! She patiently answered my many questions, informed me accurately of my insurance benefits, & reassured me, all while being kind, caring & professional!!
