I am so impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of Douglas and Leisner Optometry. I've been there twice so far and both times they took me in at my appointment time. The reception team is friendly and helpful and the assistants are knowledgable and quite kind. Dr. Leisner is very nice and she takes the time to explain everything. I highly recommend them.

Always a great experience when I visit. They are very organized and I never had to wait. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I purchased my glasses from there about six years ago, and I have never had an issue with them. If I had to choose one thing to change, that would be the process of calling from outside to check in, and waiting for them to call back to confirm information. I checked in about 20 minutes early, and was asked to wait in the car and someone would call back in a few minutes. 20 minutes went by, and it was time for my appointment, and no one had called. My first experience at Leisner Optometry was great. Reception was wonderful. Everyone was kind. Dr. Leisner & her amazing team had me in and out. I love that you can checkin from the parking lot via telephone!
