“They’re a little short staffed but I still had a wonderful first experience here! I came in with a prescription and within 5 mins of being there I was already being helped by a friendly staff member. She helped me get the most out of my insurance allowance and set me up with some beautiful frames. I also was able to get my glasses same day in under 30 mins. I have always had to wait weeks before getting my new pair so this was incredible for me. I walked out in my new glasses seeing better than ever. I already plan to come back for prescription sunglasses and will continue to be a returning customer in the future. Thank you Eyemart for a wonderful experience!“

“This is a wonderful location! The front desk associates are so helpful and friendly. My husband and I have both come to this location and seen Dr. Townsend. I came in because I had something stuck in my eye and Dr. Townsend fixed me right up and im so grateful for him. “I'm trans, and my glasses broke, causing me to wear an old pair that made me really, really dysphoric to tears. I arrived at the place, and immediately Maria at the front made me feel at home. Their energy and vibrance made a bad situation a lot better, and after I got my screw drilled out, Maria fixed my glasses and replaced my nose-pieces for free (please don't expect this and offer to pay, of course). They are a gem, and while I have insurance that won't allow me to shop here, if anyone doesn't have insurance or can shell out for top quality glasses and services, I'll be sure to recommend this place. It has an absolutely beautiful selection! Please give this place your patronage as it's a small business that's LGBTQIA+ friendly.“

“I was visiting from out of town. One of the arm connections to my wire frame eye glasses broke. I tried gluing the connection but it just didn’t work. The lenses were only a year old, so I was hoping at most I would need a complete new frame, I googled to see if someone in the area did eyeglass repairs. I contacted the big names, but they wouldn’t touch it unless it was something they sold. Google referred me to Brooks Optical as a place that specializes in repairs. I walked in and Shelia took a look and was able to find a set of replacement arms which matched the frame and which she installed immediately. The new arms fit and function perfectly like new and this was all done at a reasonable price. Thanks Brooks!“

“Both the eye doctor and the owner were really lovely. They charged me $25 for an eyeglass measurement, which was an unnecessary charge given that I was re-ordering my existing glasses online as I explained. I didn’t care for that, but they were otherwise both really kind.“
