Over the last several years, she has patiently guided me through everything from a difficult contact lens transition to my current progressive needs.
As someone who can be a bit indecisive, I deeply appreciate her patience and support.
I also love that she sometimes brings her dog to the office; it's refreshing to see a business owner who cares so much for their fur babies and includes them in their life. The dog is never intrusive, but is a sweet presence that adds to the friendly atmosphere.
You never feel like just another number on an assembly line here. Dr. Alsop and her staff provide a level of care and undivided attention that makes you feel like her only patient. Truly a rare find!”

Such wonderful care is a rarity these days!! My technician was also patient and kind. Additionally, Serena and Sarah at the front helped me understand my insurance benefits and pick out glasses, all while staying in budget. This is by far the best eye care practice I've been to. WOW! I spoke with Nicole to schedule my first appt with this practice, and she provided some of the best customer service I've had in a while!!
