My experiences were always good. My personal doctor is very kind and considerate of your situation and takes the time to explain what you don't understand. The staff is always great. Would recommend the VEI to anyone looking foe great service.

VEI is the best eye doctor I’ve ever visited in my 20+ years of needing eye exams and contacts. Even despite the size of the practice, I still feel I get a great connection with each assistant and doctor. Everyone is always so kind and patient, especially the front office staff. I usually have my very busy toddler with me at each visit and there is always a lady who is happy to help keep him entertained during my appointment. If not, the assistants are very patient with him. I will be a patient here forever!

Dr. Meekins took the time to explain how to navigate the challenges of my mom’s multiple diagnoses, using real life examples to show how her quality of life can improve. The staff was also wonderful, professional, kind, and supportive throughout our visit. Thanks to their care, there is real hope that my mom will be able to read a newspaper article again. After our appointment yesterday, I left with a much better understanding of what my amazing mom is going through. I am truly grateful.
