Changing my review because I went into the actual store and Julia was amazing, helped me right away and actually gave me a solution, online customer service still sucks but at least at the store they are willing to help. Thank you Julia. Awful! Don't use them! I placed an order for my son's glasses I received them wrong, his prescription was completely off. I request a replacement, it took a whole month for the replacement to arrive, after I had to call and be on the phone for an hour first, only to have the measurements wrong again! I had an exceptional time at this location. I had been to other locations before and they were great but this location was hands down the best! The staff there were so inviting and fun to talk to. They made me feel young again and made me laugh. The sales associate I was working with was so sweet (I can't remember her name to save my life). She answered all of my questions and I know it was quite annoying but she didn't once seem annoyed. I haven't had great service like this in a while. I will be recommending this location to many friends and family members!

Stellar visit with the team at this location! Everyone from the Doctor to the staff were very knowledgeable. The manager, Hunter helped me with making sure I was taken care of from start to finish. Julia checked me and my wife out and she did a remarkable job going over the benefits and coatings for my lenses. I will definitely be back and will tell others to shop here!
