I just want to let you know that I had the best experience at the America’s Best at Hancock Village. This was my first time going there to pick out new glasses and they let me casually look through all the frames and pick out the ones that I wanted and then I checked in with the most pleasant receptionist, and she took down my information. I waited maybe 5 minutes before Jada helped me go through the 3 fames I selected to finally decide on the best one for me. And she was couldn’t have been more helpful to me and she also stayed within my budget. If you are looking for glasses, I suggest you go there as your first stop, I promise it will be worth it! I’m very satisfied!

The receptionist was very nice. However, the lady who worked with us was very impatient. We are immigrants and my mom has a little bit of trouble speaking English. Not too much though. The lady who worked with us said she’s getting confused and didn’t even try understanding us. She kept on saying that and she wasn’t patient at all. Horrible customer service.

Friendly doctors and staff. But be prepared to be here for about two hours. Ridiculous, how long the visit lasts. The wait to see someone is outstanding.I ordered contacts, and they didn't have trials available.I'll probably start going elsewhere.
